Thanks for posting about Riverbed! Just a comment though, there is no PDF of the book available at this time.
The Anthology is a collection of our 2008 publications, which are all available on the website (as we are, primarily, an on-line magazine). In addition, there are book reviews in the anthology that are not available in the on-line editions.
